How to make fish oils even more effective against diabetes
Two weeks ago, I showed you how to prevent diabetes without losing weight. All you have to do is take plenty of fish oils. They can lower your cholesterol and triglycerides enough to prevent the disease. But did you know you can make fish oils work even better?
It’s true. You just have to put all of the right treatments together. If your doctor has told you that you have metabolic syndrome, or if you’re gaining weight around the midsection and you have a family history of diabetes, make this your game plan.
First, lose the weight. The best way to do this is to go on a high-monosaturated-fat diet, such as the one in Barry Sear’s classic book, The Zone.
