Why the experts are still wrong on diabetes

Eight years ago, I wrote the book The Type-2 Diabetes Breakthrough. In that book, I offer Real Cures for a disease most think is incurable. In fact, after treating thousands of diabetics, I’ve noticed one thing. Those who listen to conventional medicine never cure their disease.

Until recently, conventional medicine has completely ignored what I’ve said about diabetes. But now a new medical article hopefully indicates that this attitude may be changing. Although modern medicine is still a long way from catching up, this article shows that it is definitely starting to see the light. 

An overlooked cause of high blood pressure

Do a simple search on the Internet for high blood pressure causes and you’ll find two primary answers. The first is a poor diet. The second is not enough exercise. I agree with both of those. But there’s one cause that you won’t read about on WebMD or other conventional sites. And it’s one of the major causes of high blood pressure.

This major cause of hypertension is low-level lead poisoning. Lead, as you may know, is everywhere. The Chinese recently came under attack for the high lead levels in their toys and supplements. In this country, paint manufacturers used it in their products for years. So older homes have high lead levels on the walls. Water also is a source of lead, primarily from lead pipes and high lead-content soil. These and many other sources of lead make lead poisoning a very common problem.

You’re taking massive amounts of antibiotics every day — 
and don’t even know it

You probably already know that antibiotics aren’t perfect. Yes, they kill deadly bacteria and save lives. We can’t underestimate that. But we also know that bacteria can develop resistance to antibiotics. For this reason, taking too many antibiotics can seriously endanger your health. And now there’s news that you may be getting a huge dose of antibiotics every day without knowing it.

You don’t have to look any further than your dinner plate for the source. The FDA has recently released its first ever report on antibiotics fed to livestock. Cattle lots fed an astounding 29 million pounds – yes, pounds ... not milligrams – to American livestock in 2009 alone. This is a catastrophe in the making on two counts.
