New study proves you can cure diabetes

When I tell people they can cure diabetes without drugs or the help of a doctor, they usually roll their eyes and think I’m making it up. But I’m not. I’ve seen it happen all too many times. Now a new study finally is verifying what I have been saying.

Reduce your cataract risk by up to 40%

The researchers found that those eating meat (3.5 ounces or more per day) had the highest risk of developing the vision-crippling problem. Moderate meat consumption produced a slightly lower risk.
