As you may know, I'm one of the only newsletter writers who promotes the Living Foods diet. This diet is made up primarily of raw fruits and vegetables. While many have said this diet won't work, the proof that it does continues to come out. In fact, each passing year brings new proof of my long-term observations and conclusions.
