If these findings came from a drug, you would hear about it all over the international news. Big Pharma doesn’t make any money on your healthy lifestyles. That’s why you see TV commercials depicting patients dependent on doctors, and not themselves. Remember to stay active. Again, it doesn’t have to be heavy workout. Gardening, cycling, a brisk walk around your neighborhood, swimming, etc. all should be considered a part of your daily routine, cancer or not!
With the New Year upon us, this is one of the best resolutions you can make for your health. Commit to regular activity. It will help you age gracefully and in great health. As I told you on Wednesday, it can prevent heart attacks and sexual dysfunction, as well as preventing cancer recurrence. Exercise really is the Fountain of Youth.
