How to supercharge your sleep
formula and get a great night’s sleep
Getting enough sleep is a problem for millions. Drug companies sell billions of dollars worth of sleeping pills every year. The side effects can be very dangerous. So many turn to alternatives. That’s made melatonin one of the biggest selling supplements on the market.
While melatonin works, it makes some people feel groggy in the morning. Through the years, I found that certain herbs and nutrients can help you fall asleep faster, give you a good night’s sleep, and wake refreshed in the morning. You can find that combination in Advanced Sleep Formula. We’ve heard from many readers that this combination of safe nutrients really helps them get a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, there aren’t any products on the market that work for everyone. People lose sleep for a lot of reasons. So I’m constantly on the lookout for additional products that will help you.
A recent study tested passion flower on 41 subjects. The researchers gave the participants passion flower or a placebo for one week. After that week, they took all of them off of the treatment for one week. Then they switched them.
The study showed that sleep quality significantly improved while receiving passion flower compared to the placebo. The authors believe that taking passion flower in the form of tea can help short-term subjective sleep.
Can You Restore Your Hearing by Taking Nutrients?
Most doctors don't think nutrition has anything to do with hearing loss. But several new studies show just how important nutrition is to your ears - and how some people are actually reversing their hearing loss.

You can find passion flower tea online and in supplement form (usually about 300 mg daily). I typically recommend drinking the tea along with Advanced Sleep Formula for those who need a little more help with their sleep.
