I’ve talked a lot about the Keto diet lately. It’s great for treating cancer, losing weight, and boosting your metabolism. But the diet doesn’t work for everyone.
If you’ve followed all my instructions for the Keto diet and it’s just not working for you, there are two reasons to explore before you give up.
One of the biggest impediments some people might have to producing enough ketones might surprise you. It’s meat. In some people, certain proteins (such as those in meat) can be converted into glucose, which can block ketone production.
If that happens, you will know it because your ketone production will go down when you start adding in the meat and eggs. In that case, it will also be necessary to reduce the use of animal protein.
If that’s the case, one way to make sure you are getting enough protein without it being converted into glucose is to take Advanced Amino Formula. Take 10-20 tablets per day.
The other potential problem that you can have is if you don’t eat enough vegetables. This is because fiber is critical for adequate detoxification, and the only fiber on this diet is from vegetables.
So, eat as many vegetables that grow above ground as you can, and make sure to add copious amounts of oils or butter.
You can also help with this problem by taking fiber supplements. Just make sure they don’t have any sugars or carbohydrates in them.
Yours for better health,
