This super artery protector even protects the arteries of smokers
We all want to protect our arteries. Even if you eat a great diet and exercise, there are scores of other environmental toxins and stress-related problems that can damage them. One of the worst things you can do for your arteries is smoke. But regardless of how poorly you treat your arteries, one of my favorite beverages can keep your arteries smooth and flexible.
Score another one for green tea. It protects your arteries, even if you smoke. Now don't get me wrong. You don't have to smoke for protection. What this means is that green tea is such a powerful arterial protector, that it will help you even if you do smoke.
Scientists found that the amount of polyphenols in just one cup of green tea improves the all-important endothelial cell function. It does so by scavenging free radicals in just a few hours. And it increases nitric oxide production.
These biochemical processes are at the heart and soul of vascular disease. Less nitric oxide and you have higher blood pressure and failing erections. It's not just a matter of smoking. Smoking only accelerates the problems.

I've already brought you information on dark chocolate doing the same thing, and it works for smokers as well. So, we see that the powerful polyphenols in plants are what God designed to protect us from our own discretions.
Action to take: If green tea is not part of your daily routine, I suggest drinking one cup a day. If you don't want to drink green tea, then take one capsule daily of Green Tea Extract from Advanced Bionutritionals. And this action pertains to non-smokers as well as smokers. I drink green tea every day!
Yours for better health and medical freedom,
