Do you suffer from migraines or regular headaches? If so, here are several easy ways you can stimulate your body's own ability to kill the pain.

You may have heard that your body can make endorphins. These chemicals are natural opiates. By putting pressure just under the center of your eyebrow, you can stimulate a nerve that helps your pituitary gland release more endorphins.

You can also take 10 teaspoons of cayenne pepper in a glass of water. When the cayenne hits your stomach, your brain releases lots of endorphins. I know that sounds like a lot of cayenne to drink. But most of those that try it tell me that it's a snap. And it won't hurt your stomach.

Other techniques include: putting a cold compress on your forehead or behind your neck. Massaging your ears and ear lobes. Massaging the "crown" of your head, the ring of muscles that are underneath your "king's crown."
