As for quercetin, we've long-known that it has anti-inflammatory properties. In test tubes, for example, scientists have seen quercetin inhibit the type of inflammation that occurs in arthritic joints. And this new study shows that quercetin can also inhibit collagen-destroying enzymes.
These two nutrients are stacking up to be a dynamite combination. First, colon cancer ... now inflammatory arthritis. Why on earth would anyone want to resort to prescription drugs when God provided the remedy for us in His living plants? There's no reason to.
