I've written a lot about the coming supplement crisis. The European based Codex Alimentarius guidelines are threatening to take control of your right to access supplements. It has this power via a treaty entered into with the U.S. through the World Trade Organization. Under the Constitution, treaties become the supreme law of the land in the areas covered by the treaty. So other laws protecting you could be wiped out in one fell swoop by a treaty.
In 1994, U.S. Dietary Supplement Health Education Act (DSHEA) was enacted over strident FDA objections, largely by populist uprising. The FDA was attempting to regulate your supplements drugs. Your letters were heard by Congress and the FDA was set back. DSHEA still stands, protecting the interstate movement of supplements.

However, Codex threatens to set international standards for the movement of supplements, standards far removed from individual needs - standards that commercially serve the Big Pharma backers of this draconian move.
A few weeks ago, I told you about Big Pharma's biggest setback (you can access this on my website - www.secondopinionnewsletter.com). Big Pharma is losing. The only way it can survive is to prevent you from accessing remedies not made by the drug companies. And the only way they can do that is through the worldwide monopolies governments have given them. Hence, Codex.
Next week, there's a meeting in Europe over these issues.
I encourage you to visit the website http://www.healthactioncenter.org/action/index.aspstep=2&item=26659 and take a moment to send the U.S. representative to the meeting a letter registering your concerns. Your ability to access supplements is at risk. It's far better to prevent loss of a liberty than to recover it once it's lost. I thank you in advance for your support!
