The analysis showed that the results were superior in those receiving ear needling than those taking Valium.

If you have insomnia, try the above-mentioned supplements first. They will work in most cases. But if they don't give you relief, take this information to an acupuncturist. It's a real easy treatment. The most commonly used points were: Shen Men (100%), Heart (83.33%), Occiput (66.6%), Subcortex (50%), Brain (33.33%), and Kidney (33.33%). Your acupuncturist will know what to do with these.

This will certainly beats drugs. But Big Pharma won't tell you that.
