Pancreatic cancer is one of the most feared malignancies. By the time you discover it, it's almost always too late. Prevention is better - and you can indeed prevent it. In fact, a new study suggests you can greatly reduce your risk simply by avoiding some common foods.

A recent study followed the dietary habits of 80,000 men and women between 1997 and 2005. Of those participants, 131 developed pancreatic cancer. Adding sugar to food or drinks at least five times a day increased risk by 70%. Adding cream to fruit (a treat in Sweden, where the study was conducted) daily increased risk by 50% compared to those who don't eat the cream at all.

Drinking soft drinks and eating anything with sugar added to it is a fast way to get sick and die. And if you have cancer and want to beat it, you have to stay away from these "foods." Otherwise, you'll continue to feed the cancer.
