How to stop menopause symptoms without hormones

One such study took 14 postmenopausal women and gave them Maca. Each participant took 3.5 grams daily for a six-week trial. Here's what the researchers found:

Maca significantly reduced psychological symptoms. These included anxiety and depression. It also reduced sexual dysfunction independent of hormonal activity. In fact, the women got all their benefits without a significant effect on serum estrogen, pituitary sex hormones, and other proteins involved with sex hormone metabolism. And, Maca does not contain measurable active hormones.
